An endless sea of rolling white sand, churning and changing just as the waves of the ocean. The sun above glows like a dying coal in the gleaming brightness of the sky, engulfing the desert in unimaginable heat. The few scattered trees offer little shade and respite from the heat, but follow them, stranger, and you will find the oasis. A pit of water, black as tar, but cooler and sweeter than any drink found in these lands.
