Forest of Mudane

A small evergreen forest on the eastern side of the mountain range. The trees here are scraggly and small, slowly dying from the lack of rain the mountain keeps from it. There is a small pond near the northern edge, and near the center is a little clearing, where grass does not grow. The soil is hard, but still a rich, soft brown color, and in the center of the clearing is a flat rock, the tip upraised a foot off the ground, and large enough for two wolves to lie comfortably. The winters here are immessureably frigid, and the summers unbearably hot.
